New Interview @Neon Paradise Radio
I recently had the pleasure of joining Neon Paradise Radio live at 674fm for an in-depth radio interview that turned into a full two-hour deep dive into my music and influences. --> LINK
We talked about my roots in cyberpunk-inspired soundscapes, how genres like Synthpop, Chiptune, and melancholic Cyberpunk shape my work, and why I like to stay flexible rather than locked into a single sound. The conversation also touched on my musical past, my current live performances, and literary influences such as William Gibson, which continue to inform my aesthetic and storytelling.
Alongside the discussion, the show features plenty of music — tracks from my own projects as well as recent releases from the Synthwave scene.
Note: The interview is in German.
If you’re curious about the ideas, sounds, and influences behind Two Words in Japanese, this broadcast offers an honest and wide-ranging look.

New Album
GHOST KITCHEN out Oct/27, 2023
GHOST KITCHEN is the first full-time studio album by electronic music project TWO WORDS IN JAPANESE on which ELANE producer Nico Steckelberg collaborates with German Gothic icon Bianca Stuecker who lends her expressive voice.
The musical basis of GHOST KITCHEN are electronic sounds in different styles ranging from Dark Electro to Dark Wave with LoFi elements to Post-Rock. Violin and cello comple-ment this genre mix with their very own organic sound.
The term GHOST KITCHEN refers to social structures and networks of relationships that can be the cause of trauma. The album is about fears, compensation and addictive behavior. This theme is supplemented using the voice of Prof. Sigmund Freud in two songs to underline the psychoanalytic leitmotif of this concept album.
GHOST KITCHEN will be released as a CD, download and stream on the caramel klang label and distributed by Alive
